Quick Review on a trip from March 2020. First time to Arnesens for a 3 Day fish trip with five other guys. We stayed in one of there cabins there. I was impressed the cabin was very clean and comfortable. For six people in a cabin I thought that we had ample room for everyone to spread out and organize all our equipment. Our first night stay we had food at the lodge and was happy with what we got as far as the food went. The staff was somewhat friendly with a few hiccups. the next two days the restuarant was closed because of Covid-19. They still offered carryout service t'hat wasn't too bad. The first two days of fishing greeted us was less then happy numbers of fish and unfriendly staff on the ice. I have been on several fishing trips to LOW and can say that the ice staff at Arnesens was by far the most crabby and un helpful that I have met. The third day of fishing we found a few more fish and a younger guide that had more than five words to say so I was happy with his service. All in all I would not recommend another trip to Arnesens there is plenty of other guides / Resorts on LOW and would definitely give another resort a try.
